Sean and his crew remodeled my entire home in record time (4400 sq ft completed from nov 2011 to march 2012) and did beautiful work. Everyone who comes over can't get over how gorgeous our kitchen and bathrooms are!!! Not only is the work great but the crew takes great care with my home, always extremely respectful and never damaging anything, in fact they came and didn't charge me on my move-in date to oversee our movers and make sure they didn't damage anything! I had my audio outside contractor company fail to show up on the day before the project was to be finished and the taper and painter to arrive and Sean's electrician Kevin slept over in my empty house to finish up all the wiring on his own, sleeping for only a few hours in moving blankets to make sure that our wiring was complete and our project stayed on schedule. Now if that's not 5 star service I'm not sure what is!

We have been customers of Warner Custom Homes for many years.  I can speak highly of the professionalism of Sean Warner and his team and the quality of their work.  I appreciate Sean's aesthetics (lucky that it matches ours).  He definitely treats each project as if it is his own.  He manages subcontractors efficiently and responsibly and as other reviewers have mentioned he leaves the job site clean and organized.  I have gone through more contractors than most and I will hire Sean again and continue to refer friends to him.  A good contractor is hard to find!

Warner did a large remodel of my condo in Menlo Park. It was an extremely satisfying experience. It was done 1) on time, 2) in budget, 3) with extremely high quality. Warner treated my condo as if it were his own. Inevitably, when you are doing a remodel, you will run into situations that you did not expect -- for example, you run into a conduit, or a structural support that you didn't expect to find hidden in the wall. Every time this happened, Sean Warner would call me, explain the situation, and recommend an approach to solve the problem. The care, thoughtfulness, and professionalism of Sean Warner and his crew were OUTSTANDING. The results were so gorgeous that my condo was featured in San Francisco magazine!  Sean Warner also backs up his work afterwards, as one of the tubs (the one with the power jets) developed a small leak after 6 months due to settling. Sean Warner came back to fix the leak promptly at no charge.

My recommendation is simple:  If you can get Sean Warner and his crew to work on your place, TAKE THEM.

Remodeling is an expensive, intrusive, and essentially irritating process, and anyone who says otherwise is full of baloney.  So, if you're going to remodel you better have a good contractor to get you through the experience in one piece.  That's where Sean Warner comes in.
My wife and I have used Sean's company for two very significant remodel projects on our home.  Yes, that's right -  within less than a year of completing the first project, we had him start on the next.  Both times we totally gutted large portions of our home and re-built from scratch.  Sean was there both times from design to completion.  He has a great eye for design, a sure hand with all the nuts and bolts of construction, and a terrific staff of workers - all were the kind of people we came to trust and enjoy having in our home.
When you go through a process as intrinsically miserable as remodeling, it is always nice to come out the other end with a result that exceeds what you had in mind, and at a price that does not make you feel like you got taken.
Simply said: I would not call anyone else but Sean Warner.

We had our kitchen remodeled and the experience was superb!  Sean and his crew were always there when they said they would be there, They sealed off our kitchen area with walls of plastic and used fans to blow dust outside.  It was the cleanest job we have ever experienced and we have had lots of work done on our house.  When we were not satisfied with how something looked or changed our minds Sean was really easy to work with and helped us get to a solution quickly.  His suggestions regarding design was spot on, you can tell he has years of experience.  We have dealt with many contractors over the years have not been satisfied.  From now on we will look no further than Warner Custom Homes.  What a relief it is to have a company like this that you can trust.

We re-hired the company to do a remodel, removing the walls from our atrium and opening up the entire area, including adding French doors to our bedroom.
